Another superb afternoon of racing entertained the crowd on Sunday 22nd March, with close contests, standout performances and plenty of talking points across a packed programme.
The BriSCA F2 Stock Cars produced their usual high-quality action. Dylan Fegan was the man to beat in the heats, taking a superb double, but when it mattered most in the Final it was star driver Ryan McCrory who came through to take the chequered flag.
In the Saloon Stock Cars, Jonathan Brown stole the show with a sensational hat-trick of wins from the yellow grade. Competing on his debut after switching from the 1400 Stock Cars, Brown looked instantly at home. Matthew Stirling chased him home in second in the Final, with Ryan Wright third.
The Stock Rods were as competitive as ever, with Samuel Montgomery and Cole McFall taking the heat wins. In the Final, veteran racer Sam McKinstry showed all of his experience to secure victory, with Montgomery second and Jack Kennedy completing the podium.
The ORCi Ministox belonged to Harry Martin, who enjoyed a perfect afternoon by winning both heats and the Final. Caolan Fegan impressed with second in the Final, while Casey Lee secured third place.
The Junior Rods once again showcased the stars of the future. Josh Peoples claimed Heat One, Christian Murray won Heat Two, and Lewis Hazlett delivered in the Final ahead of Reece Houston and Murray.
The GP2 Lightning Rods served up plenty of entertainment with three different winners. Lewis Peoples won the opener, Jonny Kerr struck back in Heat Two, before Robbie Browne raced to victory in the Final.
Rounding off the meeting, the B2B Micro Bangers were full of fun and action. David Owens completed a heat double before Rodney Heron came through to win the Final, with Joe Black second.
