Graham Fegan got off to a flying start in the Brisca F2 Stock Car Irish Closed Championship pulling well clear of his pursuers. This was to be all change however with a late caution period required. With the cars all closed up again a blow from behind shunted Graham out of contention, Gavin Fegan picked up the pieces and went on to take the tiltle. Thomas Greer completed the race distance to take the runner-up spot ahead of recent returnee Ryan McCory in third. Graham Fegan composed himself to return and take the honours in the Irish Revenge race.

The 1300 Stock Car Irish played out in similar fashion to the earlier F2 event. Robbie Wright romped clear and looked as though he had the job done, however the back marking Gareth Halliday had different ideas, removing Wright from the lead. Bobbie Johnston was on hand to accept the gift this time around. Johnston took up the lead and went on to take the title ahead of Jon McQuillan and Josh McKinstry. Michael Logan was in top form in his Toyota Starlet to take the revenge race honours.

Ryan Abernethy Jnr fresh from his Gold Roof success a few weeks ago returned to win the coveted Junior Rod Irish Closed Championship. Abernethy controlled proceedings flawlessly to take the Irish crown ahead of Noah Teggart and Alex Walker. Charlie Hill completed the afternoon with a win in the Irish Revenge race.

Andy McLeister and Calyn Peoples enjoyed heat wins in the Stock Rods formula before the British and Irish Open Champion William Donnell stormed to victory in the meeting final.

Recently crowned Irish Champion Callum Doak completed the afternoon undefeated in the Ministox performing a perfect hat trick of wins. Robbie pulled of the same feat in the Micro F2’s pulling of an excellent brace of victories from the rear of the field.
