Gavin Fegan got off to a flyer in the opening Brisca F2 Stock Car heat, taking the win ahead of his brother Graham in second. Antrim’s Ryan McCrory marked his return to the formula with a well calculated victory in the second heat of the day. Shea Fegan proved to be the man to beat come the final, S Fegan run clear of his fellow star graders to come through and take the silverware, McCrory was runner up this time with Thomas Greer third.


In the ORCi Stock Rods Andrew McLeister was a double heat winner. McLeister held the advantage out-front for some time in the meeting final however he couldn’t hold off the pressure from former World Champion Jack Kennedy. Kennedy took the spoils ahead of McLesiter, next across the line was Jason Darragh.


In the GP2 Lightning Rods Lewis Peoples was the first to visit victory lane after landing a runaway win in the opening heat. Jamie Burney enjoyed a fine run through the field in heat 2, taking the victory ahead of David Nesbitt. Peoples managed to with stand the pressure of Burney in the final to claim the silverware. Burney was runner up with Nesbitt third this time around.


Maia Thompson was unbeaten in the Junior Rods, The young lady race stormed to victory in both the heats and meeting final. Joining Thompson on the final podium was Codi Wilson (runner up) and Charlie Hill ( third).


Kyle Anderson continued to impress in the Micro F2’s where he scored victory in Events 1 & 2. Event 3 was abandoned mid race in the interests of safety when the drivers wouldn’t comply with instructions from race control during a red flag stoppage.


Completing the billing was a Caravan Destruction Derby. After several minutes of crashing and bashing the Stock Rod Irish Open & British Champion William Donnell emerged the conqueror.
