Aidan McFerran was the pace setter in the Brisca F2 Stock Cars where he completed the meeting undefeated, chalking up a double heat and final win. Recent Junior Rod graduate Jack Morrow looked as though he would hold on to take the final win however mechanical problems forced him into retirement, paving the way for McFerran to take his third win of the afternoon.
In the Micro F2 Stock Cars Casey Lee and Harry Martin shared the heat wins before William Graham showed good pace to take the final honours.
Another healthy field of Junior Rods were in attendance. Former Ninja Kart star Noah Teggart scored victory in both the heat races. Come the final the star graders benefited from the extra laps to make it through to the front. Daniel Stewart stormed through to take the victory ahead of Joshua Murray and Ryan Abernethy jnr.
The Stock Rod scene on Sunday afternoon was dominated by Coleraine’s Greg McMullan. McMullan a former Pro Stock champion pulled of a perfect hat trick of wins. Next across the line in the final was Jamie Cardwell and Jack Morrow.
The 1300 Stock Cars were out in force, with 19 cars signed in to do battle. Ty Richardson and Matthew McCullough were the heat winners before Marcus Crossett held of the competition to take the final silverware, next across the line was Robbie Wright and Chris Hamill.
Completing the race card was the Group 2 Lightning Rods. Stewart Nicholl and Leanne Nesbitt shared the heat victories. Nesbitt was again the pace setter in the final taking the spoils ahead of David and Paul Nesbitt, making it a full family podium.
